FINANCIAL AND COMPLIANCE AUDIT
The Bay Metropolitan Transportation Authority is presently soliciting proposals from qualified professional auditing firms to provide audit services for a three (3) year period with the option for two (2) additional years commencing with the Authority’s 2013 Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2013. If you wish to receive a copy of the request for proposal specifications, you may obtain one by contacting Bay Metro’s Purchasing Agent, at the address below, or by calling 989-922-3710 Monday through Friday from 8 am until 4 pm.
Proposals should be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled “Audit Proposal – Do Not Open”. Proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m. May 23, 2013, and should be delivered to the following address:

Sealed bids will be received at the offices of the Bay Metropolitan Transportation Authority (BMTA) at 1510 N. Johnson Street, Bay City, MI, until 2:00 PM, Local Time, on Tuesday, June 11, 2013. At that time and place said bids will be opened and publicly read aloud for the following item:
Diesel Fuel for the period of July, August and September, 2013
All bidders must use the bid form provided by the Purchasing department at the above address.
BMTA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any defects or irregularities, and to accept the bid, which, in its opinion, is most advantageous to BMTA.
